James LeBrecht is an award-winning sound designer. He honed his postproduction skills at the Saul Zaentz Film Center and Skywalker Sound on projects such as Twin Peaks-Fire Walk With Me, Race the Sun and Dragon - The Bruce Lee Story, The Game, Iron Giant and Pitch Black.  LeBrecht oversaw the audio post production and creation of 5.1 mixes for the nine volume Time Life series and the accompanying 60 minute PBS pledge break show Rock And Roll Hall of Fame Live, produced by Ravin’ Films.

Jay Blakesberg is one of the world's top rock and roll photographers. His work appears in numerous national and international publications including Rolling Stone, Time, Newsweek, Entertainment Weekly, and MOJO. His list of clients includes Virgin, Reprise, EMI, Columbia and Arista Records. Jay has worked legendary performers including the Rolling Stones, Neil Young, Grateful Dead, Carlos Santana, John Lee Hooker, Tom Waits,  R.E.M., Tom Petty, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Pearl Jam. Having made the transition to directing music videos and live concert performances, Jay partnered with Ravin' Films and Bob Sarles to produce and direct Phil Lesh & Friends Live at The Warfield, produced for Image Entertainment and Relix Records.

Jessica Berman-Bogdan

Jessica Berman-Bogdan has worked with Ravin’ Films since 1997. She was Associate Producer and Archival Footage Researcher on films produced for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Experience Music Project and the Stax Museum of American Soul Music. With the support of her seasoned research staff, she is expert at searching out rare archival footage.

Bill Zarchy

Bill Zarchy is a cinematographer with thirty years of professional experience. He has shot film, video, and HD projects in more than two dozen countries and three dozen states. He has filmed interviews with three former presidents for the Emmy-winning West Wing Documentary Special. Other credits include the Grammy-winning Please Hammer Don’t Hurt ‘Em, the feature films Conceiving Ada and Read You Like A Book, and a great variety of commercial, corporate, and documentary productions. Bill has worked on numerous Ravin’ Films projects, and was director of photography on Phil Lesh & Friends Live at the Warfield.

Ted Leyhe

A DP with over 25 years experience, Ted Leyhe has owned and operated the San Francisco Bay Area based Hytone Productions since 1987. Hytone provides complete camera packages with a fully equipped grip truck for on location shoots. Leyhe shot the feature film The Crowd Pleaser and produced and directed the documentary films Skylarking: The Life & Times of Jim Copp and Joie de Vivre: The Life & Work of Madame Kuony.  A Ravin’ Films collaborator for decades, Ted’s work as principal DP is seen in Feed Your Head, Fly Jefferson Airplane, John Lee Hooker: Come And See About Me, and VH1‘s Behind The Music, and numerous multi-cam shoots for Jorma Kaukonen’s guitar teaching website Break Down Way. Ted is DP and Co-Producer of the Ravin’ Films documentary Mike Bloomfield: If You Love These Blues, Play “Em As You Please. Ted Leyhe’s clients include Apple Computer, B of A, Wells Fargo, The Gap, Sun Micro, Nike, etc. Broadcast clients have included VH1, AMC and PBS.

Sam Lehmer has extensive experience mixing for feature films, documentaries, and television. Among his feature credits are Boogie Nights, My Dog Skip, The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill, and Thin Blue Line. Lehmer has also mixed hundreds of commercials and numerous album projects, including The Grammy winning The Healer by John Lee Hooker.  Sam Lehmer has designed the sound of many Ravin’ Films projects, including Feed Your Head, Sonic Guitars, SOULSVILLE, and the longform DVD programs Fly Jefferson Airplane and John Lee Hooker: Come And See About Me, for which he created 5.1 and stereo mixes.

Her extensive knowledge regarding legal rights and clearance issues has been essential to the success of many Ravin’ Films projects. Jessica's film and television credits include the PBS series American Masters, The Kid Stays In the Picture, The Miles Davis Story, AFI: 100 Years, 100 Movies, Imagine, Chicago 10, and the Oscar winning documentary Paul Robeson: Tribute to an Artist.

Rich Winter, the principal at Blackbird Digital Studios, provides expert DVD design and authoring from his Marin County studio.  His credits  include over a score of DVDs produced for Neil Young, as well as titles for The Police, Tea Leaf Green, Jack Johnson, and The Residents. During his tenure as Lead Author at Francis Ford Coppola's American Zoetrope studio, Rich authored The Godfather Collection, and The Conversation among others.  Rich has collaborated with Ravin' Films on numerous projects including the Pete Townshend & Friends In the Attic, Elvis Costello & Clover: Our Aim Is True, Old School Freight Train Live At The Mystic, and The Sippy Cups Electric Storyland.
