Wild hair smile

Taken while spring skiing (Bri & Laur) and snowboarding (Austen & me) at Lake Tahoe in March 2002, a trip abruptly interrupted the next day, when Austen smashed up his leg at Sugarbowl. Out of sympathy for Austen, Laurie broke her leg a month later. The two of them - Austen & Laurie - are the only people I've known who've had their legs held together with external fixators.
