Hi Gang - I got a few requests for the soft copy file that contains Brian's Smitty's recipe. 
  
I think of Brian every time I make and eat it - and have to say it is definitely my favorite meal ever.  I'm so very happy I bugged him a year ago to teach me how to really make it and make it right.

BRIAN’S SMITTY’S RECIPE

Smitty’s = Chicken on White Bread, Macaroni Salad and Pour the Special Smitty’s Sauce to your Taste – Add a Couple of Extra Drops of Frank’s Hot Sauce if You Want it Even Hotter!

To Make Smitty's Sauce:
8 oz yellow mustard
2 oz ketchup
2 cups white vinegar
2 cups brown sugar
couple shakes hot sauce - Frank's hot sauce
1/4 cup pizza peppers
sqeeze in the juice from 2 oranges,no seeds
            
it can be ready in 30 minutes

I bake the chicken. first dip in oil then breadcrumbs (extra secret is combo of bread crumbs and crushed corn flakes).

Macaroni Salad
Macaroni, Celery x 3, Carrot x 1, Tomato x 1, Green Pepper x 1, Olive x 1/2, Mayo, A Little Yellow Mustard, and Salt & Pepper.
